Build and scale our core healthcare platform using React, Node.js, and AWS, with a heavy emphasis on integrating AI/ML pipelines into production systems. You'll architect real-time patient monitoring services, develop API integrations with major EHR providers, and build AI-powered diagnostic and triage tools that process millions of clinical data points daily. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure engineering and applied AI — you'll work closely with our Data & AI team to deploy models at scale and ensure sub-second inference latency across our platform.
Own the product roadmap for our AI-driven patient engagement platform, defining how machine learning and generative AI capabilities are surfaced to clinicians and patients. You'll work directly with engineers, data scientists, and designers to ship features that improve patient outcomes, reduce provider burnout, and unlock new revenue streams. This role requires someone who can evaluate AI/ML capabilities, translate them into compelling product experiences, and make rigorous prioritization decisions backed by data and user research.
Develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models for predictive health analytics, patient risk scoring, clinical NLP, and personalized care recommendations. You'll work with large-scale clinical datasets — including EHR records, lab results, and wearable data — to build models that directly impact patient outcomes across our partner health systems. This role also involves prompt engineering for LLM-based clinical decision support tools and collaborating with engineering to ensure models are production-ready, monitored, and continuously improved.
Design intuitive, accessible interfaces for patients and healthcare providers, with a focus on AI-powered features like intelligent search, predictive dashboards, and conversational health assistants. From mobile wellness apps to clinical decision-support tools, you'll shape how millions of people interact with their health data and AI-generated insights. This role requires deep thinking about trust, transparency, and explainability in AI-driven UX — you'll define how our platform communicates confidence levels, model outputs, and automated recommendations to non-technical users.
Lead our full-stack marketing strategy across digital, content, events, and strategic partnerships, positioning Beverly Institute as the leading AI-first healthtech platform. You'll build a high-performing marketing engine that leverages AI-powered analytics, predictive audience segmentation, and generative content tools to drive qualified pipeline at scale. This role partners closely with Sales and Product to craft compelling narratives around our AI capabilities and translate complex technology into clear value propositions for health system executives.
Sell our AI-powered healthcare platform to hospital systems, clinics, and health organizations, managing complex enterprise sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from $200K to $2M ARR. You'll articulate the value of AI/ML-driven clinical tools to C-suite executives, IT leaders, and clinical stakeholders, often navigating multi-threaded procurement processes. This role requires a consultative approach — you'll leverage AI-powered sales intelligence tools to identify high-intent prospects, personalize outreach at scale, and build data-driven business cases that accelerate deal velocity.
Oversee the clinical implementation and adoption of our AI-powered platform across partner healthcare organizations, ensuring seamless integration with existing clinical workflows. You'll lead onboarding, training, and change management for clinical staff transitioning to AI-augmented care delivery, translating technical capabilities into practical clinical value. This role bridges the gap between our engineering team and frontline providers — you'll gather real-world feedback on AI tool performance, monitor clinical outcome metrics, and champion continuous improvement across our deployments.
Build and nurture our company culture as we scale from 80 to 200+ employees, owning the full employee lifecycle from recruiting through retention in a fast-paced Series B environment. You'll design AI-augmented HR processes — from intelligent candidate screening and automated onboarding workflows to predictive attrition modeling — ensuring Beverly Institute attracts and retains world-class talent. This role also drives DEI initiatives, compensation benchmarking, and organizational design as we expand across engineering, clinical, and commercial teams.
Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for a fast-growing Series B healthtech company with $40M+ in annual revenue. You'll partner with the executive team on fundraising strategy, financial planning, and operational efficiency while building scalable financial systems that support our next phase of growth. This role requires a forward-thinking finance leader who leverages AI-powered analytics for forecasting, anomaly detection, and real-time financial insights — moving beyond spreadsheets to intelligent, automated financial operations.
Serve as the primary strategic partner for our healthcare clients post-sale, driving platform adoption, reducing churn, and expanding account value across a portfolio of hospital systems and health organizations. You'll leverage AI-powered health scoring, usage analytics, and predictive churn models to proactively identify at-risk accounts and surface expansion opportunities before they're obvious. This role requires someone who can translate clinical outcomes data into compelling ROI narratives and partner with Product to feed real-world customer insights back into our roadmap.
